deck will cost approximately $16 to $25 per sq foot. Average decks are 12'x20'
and most often built of Construction Heart Redwood a treated (wolmanized) frame
with a snow rail system and steps to the ground. There are many factors to consider
during the final proposal but what I offer over the competition is that the price
